Mr. Rugg joined the firm in March 2003 and focuses his areas of practice in business bankruptcy, reorganization and commercial litigation.  Mr. Rugg is a 1997 graduate of Dartmouth College , and graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2000 cum laude.  While attending the University of Illinois , Mr. Rugg served as an Associate Editor of the University's Elder Law Journal.  Upon graduating law school, Mr. Rugg worked as a law clerk for the University of Illinois-Chicago, and in January 2001, entered private practice in the area of employment law where he continued until joining the firm.
