Mr. Rugg joined the firm in March 2003 and focuses his areas of practice in business bankruptcy, reorganization and commercial litigation.  Mr. Rugg is a 1997 graduate of Dartmouth College , and graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2000 cum laude.  While attending the University of Illinois , Mr. Rugg served as an Associate Editor of the University's Elder Law Journal.  Mr. Rugg became a Principal of the firm in January 2009.  He has been named a Rising Star in the Illinois Super Lawyers publication for 2009.
