Ms. Rosenthal joined the firm in May 2007 and practices in the areas of business bankruptcy, reorganization and commercial litigation. Ms. Rosenthal graduated cum laude from
Syracuse University in 1999 earning a B.S. in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She graduated law school in 2008 from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
During law school, Ms. Rosenthal earned a judicial externship with the Honorable Susan Pierson Sonderby, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern District of Illinois.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Rosenthal worked as a senior auditor for Arthur Andersen and as a business analyst in General Electric Capital Corporation's Global Sponsored Finance division, responsible for both account management and underwriting of multi-million dollar private equity leveraged transactions.
